Masterpiece

A few weeks ago after church this masterpiece made its way into my arms. I asked Warren (the artist) who was in the picture. He said that David was in blue and I was the one in green. I asked what the large circles were (just to be sure) and he replied, "Your boobs." Wow. I also asked what the box was that begins under my legs. He said that was my body and inside my body is my heart. It remains unclear to me what my (large, saggy) chest has to do with the topic of the day, but maybe Warren knows something I don't.

That is kind of funny. Each week we would have the kids in our primary class draw pictures, I was always amazed at what they could come up with. It is always so funny.

Haha! Well, I guess you can tell at this early age that Warren is a "boob guy". :)

I think it's in the genes. About 2 years ago Cai and I saw an add for perfume or something with a girl in a white prom looking dress. Cai told me he like the picture because the girl made him feel happy, I asked what about her exactly made him feel happy... "her boobies"!

LOL.... he could have drawn your boobies IN the box, that would make me research and figure out the meaning behind it LOL!

funny!

Hilarious! Mine always seems to draw an over-sized belly button on his people, no matter how sparce the rest of the figure is! I'm liking yours much, much better, though!!!

At least you have something there to draw. I figure my girls won't know what a real chest looks like until they get one of their own. Or, if they inherit their mother's genes, we may have to stick to tabloid magazines to learn anatomy. So sad.

I am cracking up over this. Aren't kids the funniest? I have Ashton trained well because he always tells me how skinny I am and I eat it up like it's true :)
(By the way, both your body and boobs look nothing like that).
I didn't get a chance to comment on the shoe post which also filled me with joy. Sean is so cute. Ashton had these shoes since he has since outgrown that he nicknamed his "Flash" shoes after the superhero because he was convinced they made him as fast as lightening.

Tee hee!

When I had a new baby, Josh confused the word "boobs" with "elbows". He told everyone I fed the baby with my elbows, even several times when I had to take the baby out of sacrament meeting. I didn't correct him. I rather liked that he hollered out ELBOWS rather than BOOBS during church. It took a couple of years for him to drop that terminology, but it was just fine with me.

Now my boys draw family pictures of me with a double melon chest too.
